In response to the special needs of products in different fields, high reliability materials are selected for adaptation - automotive electronics use automotive grade components that are resistant to high and low temperatures and electromagnetic interference, medical equipment use biocompatible materials that comply with ISO 13485 standards, and automation and industrial control focus on industrial grade components that are wear-resistant and dust resistant, avoiding material hazards from the source and ensuring long-term stable operation of products. At the same time, we have established a comprehensive supply chain management system to achieve material traceability, dynamic inventory control, and emergency supply, effectively shortening delivery cycles and reducing customer procurement costs.
In terms of core manufacturing processes, we deeply cultivate the three core technologies of SMT (Surface Mount Technology), COB (Bonding), and DIP (Plug in) to create an intelligent and high-precision production system. The SMT workshop is equipped with high-speed surface mount machines and automatic optical inspection (AOI) equipment to achieve precise placement of 0201 packaged components, with a placement accuracy of ± 0.03mm, meeting the miniaturization and high-density requirements of automotive electronics, medical equipment and other products; The COB bonding process adopts high-precision die bonding and wire bonding equipment to improve the stability of the connection between the chip and the substrate, reduce signal loss, and adapt to the high computing power and high integration requirements of industrial control products; The DIP plugin workshop utilizes automated plugin and wave soldering processes, balancing batch production efficiency and soldering reliability, to achieve precise insertion and assembly of irregular components, covering the manufacturing needs of various complex products. The three major processes work together to form an integrated production capacity of "SMT bonding plug-in", which can flexibly adapt to the manufacturing of different categories and specifications of products, achieving seamless switching between small batch customization and large-scale production.
